Some nice images as always Porta, the "swearing the oath" image of the soldier kissing the Mosin Nagant intrigued me as it was used in a piece of Russian propaganda or rather paid homage to with a modernised version (featuring a late 1960s red army soldier with a AK);
(no surprise I don't have a scanner either, as the books glossy I took the photo at an angle to reduce reflection)
